Peggy and Leia,
I apologize for not getting back to you sooner. Nikki and I have been very busy checking out all our options and I think we have decided on one.
I hear nothing but good things about your catering at the Bullock Springs Manor.
So I would like to get a few quotes from you regarding catering Nikki's wedding on April 26 2008 at Bullock Springs....
I'm sure I'll think of a hundred more questions before it's over with.
It's just that it's my first time and my only daughter's wedding. And like most people
I want the best. Thank you again for working with me and answering my questions.
I have heard from more than one place that you and your company are very detailed and organized and that's very important to me.

A lot of your staff shared with me that they enjoyed the evening almost as much as we did.
I noticed several times they would be behind the bar area dancing to the music and having a conversation or laugh with people attending.

We hired S&R Catering to cater our 2005 Christmas Party.
I met with Peggy and she went over the menu choices and our committee met afterwards and confirmed a menu
and we got everything lined up for the party.  I had left the decorating of the building we were using for our party
completely up to Peggy & Elizabeth.
They stayed in touch with me throughout the time up to the night of our party.  When I arrived at our party and walked in I was just amazed.
They had done such a beautiful job with the decorations and the whole setup.  It was more than I had ever anticipated it being.
They worked so hard to make everything just right for our party.
The food was wonderful and I had many compliments from Co-worker's about the whole night.
This was our first time using S&R Catering and will definitely not be our last.
I would just like to say thank you to Peggy, Elizabeth and their whole crew for all their hard work
